Top Tier Investment fund seeks an exceptionally qualified and talented attorney with three to five years of experience, including significant experience reviewing and negotiating securities repurchase agreements, securities lending agreements, and a variety of derivatives documentation such as ISDA master agreements and swap confirmations. In addition, core responsibilities for the position will involve handling electronic execution agreements, clearing agreements, and other trading-related documentation required to satisfy new trading and clearing regulations in the U.S. and abroad.
